How to make mushroom porridge?

Everyone knows that shiitake mushrooms have a unique aroma, especially when used to cook porridge, the porridge tastes very good. Some mushrooms and lean meat are enough to give a bowl of porridge a soul, and enough cooking time can make such mushroom porridge give people a lingering feeling.

Method 1:

1. Add water to a casserole and bring to a boil, then add rice and stir well, cook over medium heat until boiling. At the same time, add a small spoonful of cooking wine to the minced lean meat and marinate for 10 minutes. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices, dice the carrots, and cut the ginger into shreds for later use.

2. After the porridge boils, turn to low heat and stir constantly to prevent the bottom from getting sticky. At the same time, put in a spoon to effectively prevent the porridge from overflowing;

3. Cook the porridge until it becomes thick and the rice grains are visibly blooming. Then add the carrots and lean meat and mix well. When the minced meat turns white and cooked, add the mushroom slices and ginger shreds. Continue cooking for two minutes. Add appropriate amount of salt and sesame oil to season before serving.

Method 2:

100 grams of lean meat, 2 mushrooms, 30 grams of celery, 30 grams of dried shrimp, 2-3 shallots, and 50 grams of white rice. 1 tsp soy sauce, 1/8 tsp pepper. Wash and chop dried shrimps, shallots, and celery into fine pieces. Soak mushrooms until soft, remove stems and cut into strips. Cut lean meat into strips, put into a bowl, add half of the soy sauce, mix well and set aside.

Wash the white rice, put it into a pot, add 2 and a half cups of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer until it becomes half-cooked porridge. Pour 1/2 tbsp oil into the pot, add shallots and sauté over medium heat. Add mushrooms and remaining soy sauce and stir-fry quickly. Finally, add minced meat and dried shrimps and stir-fry until cooked. Remove from heat, add half-cooked rice, bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Add pepper and chopped celery and serve.
