How to cook watermelon rind and neck bone

1. Remove the green skin of the watermelon, cut into long strips, and dry them.

2. Soak the watermelon rind in water for half an hour in advance.

3. Soak the bean curd knots in water in advance.

4. Cut the green onion into small pieces.

5. Wrap the peppercorns, tangerine peel, aniseed, dried chili peppers and bay leaves together.
