How to prepare braised mushrooms?

Braised shiitake mushrooms is a special cooking method that some friends may not have seen. The cooking method of braised shiitake mushrooms is similar to that of other braised meats. raw material:

100 grams of shiitake mushrooms, 20 grams of vegetable oil, 5 grams of cinnamon, 2 grams of fennel, 25 grams of soy sauce, 35 grams of sugar, 1 gram of salt, 1 gram of MSG, and 10 grams of sesame oil.

practice:

1. Soak the mushrooms in warm water, cut off the roots one by one, wash with clean water, and drain;

2. Heat the oil in a wok, add the mushrooms and stir-fry for a few times, add cinnamon, fennel, stir-fry, then add soy sauce, sugar, salt, water, cover and bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes over low heat to allow the mushrooms to loosen and absorb enough marinade, add MSG when the soup is less;

3. Simmer over high heat until the marinade is dry, remove the cinnamon and fennel, drizzle with sesame oil, remove from heat and pour into a bowl, cool and serve.
