How to make a boat full of fish and rice

1.Ingredients: sea cucumber.

2.Ingredients: fish belly, ham, corn, green beans.

3. Ingredients for the border: lettuce, cherry tomatoes, carrots.

4. Wash the ingredients, slice some of the ginger and mince the rest; dice the ham; dice the fish and marinate with cooking wine, starch and salt for 20 minutes.

5. Place lettuce leaves on the bottom, cut half a cherry tomato and some shredded carrots into a sun shape.

6. Blanch the green beans and corn and set aside.

7. Remove the intestines from the sea cucumber, wash it, blanch it in boiling water with ginger slices and cooking wine, and then take it out.

8. Put it into the steamer and steam it on high heat for 8 minutes, then take it out and keep the soup.

9. Heat the pan, add oil and sauté the minced ginger.

10. Add the fish and stir-fry quickly, then serve.

11. Clean the pan, add oil, add the diced ham and stir-fry for a few times.

12. Add green beans and corn and stir-fry.

13. Add the fish.

14. Stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to season and serve.

15. Put the steamed sea cucumber into a plate and put the fried fish and rice in the middle of the sea cucumber.

16. Add appropriate amount of water to the steamed soup and bring to a boil. Add salt and pepper to season and thicken with starch.

17. Pour the sauce over the sea cucumber boat and insert the carrot slices to make the sail.
