How to cook celery, black fungus and pork slices

1. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.

2.121 Remove the heads and leaves of celery. Select the sections, wash them with clean water, and cut them into oblique slices.

3.212 Soak black fungus in cold water for more than half an hour in advance.

4. Wash the lean meat and cut into thin slices. Add appropriate amount of salt and mix well with your hands. Marinate until tasty.

6. Heat the pan and pour in appropriate amount of peanut oil. Heat the oil to 50%, add the celery and stir-fry for a while. Reduce heat to medium.

7. Add black fungus and stir-fry for half a minute. Add a pinch of salt. Stir-fry until evenly combined. (Don’t stir-fry black fungus over high heat, as it will burn and make crackling sounds)

8. Serve the celery and black fungus on a plate and set aside.

9. Add oil to the pot again, heat the oil, and put the lean meat in. Stir-fry quickly over high heat until the meat changes color, add a little soy sauce and stir-fry briefly. Reduce heat to medium.

10. Add the celery and black fungus, and stir-fry quickly over high heat. Then turn off the heat.
