How to make crab buns

1. Cook the pumpkin and make yellow dough and ferment them separately. After the white dough is fermented, divide it into three parts, keep one white dough, and add purple potato powder and matcha powder to the other two to make purple dough and green dough respectively;

2. Take a piece of yellow dough and roll it into a slightly longer oval shape;

3. Take four small pieces of dough of different colors, roll them into long strips, and place them on the yellow oval as shown in the picture;

4. Wrap the two ends upwards, add a little water at the junction to facilitate adhesion, turn it over and shape it slightly;

5. Use a knife to cut the two front legs into large crab claws;

6. Make eyes out of black sesame seeds and tie a bow, you'll be a pretty girl;

7. Flatten a small piece of dough, roll another small piece into a round shape and place it on top, roll a long strip and wrap it around the junction of the first two pieces of dough, dip a little water at the intersection to make it easier to tie a knot, into a hat shape;

8. Put it on another little crab, and a little handsome boy is born;

9. Steamed, a pair of little crabs, very beautiful!
