How to make big dumplings

1. Prepare the minced eggs, dried shrimps, minced meat, chopped dried tofu, cut the rice noodles into short pieces, and chopped snow vegetables.

2. Prepare flour, add water and knead into dough

6. Add pork and stir-fry until white, then add dried shrimp, dried tofu, pickled mustard greens, vermicelli, then add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, oyster sauce, and egg chops.

7. Fry it a little longer for a more fragrant and dry taste.

8. Put the fried fillings into a large bowl, then put the bowl in water, stir with chopsticks, and let the fillings cool down. If you have time, you can skip this step, otherwise the fillings will be hot and the dough will break easily.

9. Roll the dough into a large circle with a rolling pin. Don’t make it too thin.

10. Put the cooled filling on a corner of the dough.

11. Then turn one side of the dough over and fold it in half

12. Press down with a bowl of appropriate size

13. This is the big dumpling that has been pressed. Press the four sides with your hands, otherwise it will break. Follow this method to make it.

14. Steam the dumplings for 15 minutes and let them rest for 5 minutes.

16. Put the large dumplings into the electric pancake machine and fry them for a total of 8 minutes.
