8. Put the sweet potato puree in the middle of the pole. Don’t put too much or too thick, and don’t cover the entire pole. Leave some space around it to relax.

9. Roll it up slowly and firmly, in circles, making sure it sticks to the paper. If it’s too loose, it will fall apart; if it’s too tight, the filling will escape and be pushed out.

10. After shaping, place non-stick baking paper on the bottom. Arrange the shaped dough pieces in the steamer one by one (preheat the water in the steamer to a temperature that is not too hot to touch) and cover it. The second fermentation is about 40 minutes (mainly until the dough has a beautiful surface).

11. After the small flower steamed buns were fermented twice, they were not fermented in the warm water of the steamer, but only in a secret room, and no cup of hot water was added. About an hour. Put a cup of cold boiled water in the rice cooker and steam it. Wait one minute after the power is on and then slowly turn it on.

12. After the sweet potato puree buns have risen for the second time, the surface of the buns becomes very wet and sticky. Never mind. After the second fermentation, steam directly on medium heat for 15 minutes. Open a small gap 5 minutes before the time is up and turn off the heat when the time is up. After 1 minute, remove from the pan and slowly lift the lid. The tissue inside is soft. After this process, each steamed bun will be beautiful and without any wrinkles. The lid should be covered with cloth so that water does not drip onto it.
