1. Add granulated sugar to egg yolk and mix well

Add 1/3 of granulated sugar for the second time and beat until lines appear. Add the remaining granulated sugar and continue beating until small sharp corners can be pulled out.

6. Pour into an 8-inch mold and shake it twice to remove the bubbles.

7. Put it into the preheated oven, pour hot water into the baking tray in the oven, then put the baking net on it, and bake it at 165 degrees for 60 minutes (the time and temperature are for reference only, please refer to the actual situation of your own oven). After it comes out of the oven, do not turn it upside down, and remove it from the mold after it cools down thoroughly.
