Homemade baby sausage

Ingredients: 400g lean meat, 2 spoons corn starch, 1/2 spoon salt, 1/2 spoon chicken stock, 1 spoon oyster sauce, 1 spoon soy sauce, 5g meat seasoning, 1 spoon sugar, excess water

1. Wash the lean meat and cut it into small pieces for later use.

2. Put the diced lean meat into a food processor and blend it into minced meat for later use.

3. Add corn starch, salt, chicken essence, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, meat filling seasoning and sugar to the minced meat and mix well.

4. Add a small amount of water several times and stir clockwise until the meat is firm.

5. Let the minced meat stand for 10 minutes.

6. Clean the sausage silicone mold with detergent, then put it in boiling water for disinfection.

7. After wiping the silicone mold dry with kitchen paper, brush a thin layer of oil on the silicone mold to prevent sticking.

8. Put the minced meat into a piping bag and cut a small hole at the top of the piping bag.

9. Evenly squeeze the minced meat into the silicone sausage mold.

10. Fill the sausage silicone molds one by one.

11. Brush a thin layer of oil on the lid of the silicone mold and cover it on the mold.

12. After the water boils, put the sausage silicone mold into the steamer and steam it for 20 minutes.

13. The steamed sausage can be easily removed from the mold and eaten while it is hot, or you can fry it in a frying pan before eating!

Tips

Adding large amounts of water to the minced meat several times can make the sausage more tender and juicy. Don't add too much water, usually three times is enough. After adding water, stir clockwise until the minced meat is firm.
