How to make pumpkin and multigrain flower rolls

7. Knead the risen dough again, then take a piece and roll it into a pancake shape. Apply a layer of oil on the surface. I use grape seed oil, but you can also use other vegetable oils.

8. Apply oil evenly on the surface and roll up from bottom to top. Like in the picture.

9. Flatten the rolled long strips slightly and cut them into small pieces with a knife, as shown in the picture.

10. Then start drawing a few more cups as follows: first, take a piece of dough, and then, press down the middle of the small dough with your finger.

11. Look at the picture below. After pressing in the middle, the two ends will be separated. Then pinch the two ends together, as shown in the picture.

12. As shown in the picture, pile the two sides together with your hands to make a small flower shape.

13. Use the same method to make all the dough at once. Look at the small flower rolls in the picture and let them rest for about ten minutes.

14. Then put it in the steamer and steam it for fifteen minutes. Then simmer it for two minutes and take it out.
