1. Add water little by little as needed, knead the dough with enough strength, and finally cover it with wet gauze and wait for fermentation.

2. Chop the cabbage, sprinkle with salt, squeeze out the juice, mix it with the meat filling, and add the above seasonings.

3. When the dough becomes fluffy, press it with your fingers until it looks like the picture. It is ready to use.

4. Knead the dough, cut into suitable sizes, and roll it into a skin that is slightly thicker in the middle.

7. Steam for 20 minutes and then start eating.
