How to make spicy radish and meat buns

For everyone, when they reach a certain age, they have to get married and have children, and then they will face frequent visits from relatives and friends. When relatives and friends come to visit, decent meals are essential. If you can't do it, wouldn't it be embarrassing? Well, now I will teach you how to make spicy radish and meat buns.

1. Prepare the dough ingredients: 250 grams of plain flour, 2 grams of yeast, and about 125 grams of water. ——The amount of water can be adjusted according to the water absorption of the flour

2.121 Cover the pot with plastic wrap or wet cloth and place it in a warm place to ferment until it doubles in size

3. Dissolve 212 yeast in water, add to flour in batches, and knead into a smooth, even dough.

4.1 Slice the white radish (slightly thicker), put it into a pot of cold water, bring to a boil and continue cooking for 4-5 minutes. Remove the radish and drain off excess water. ——This is my mother’s habit. When she makes buns with radish filling, she boils the radish first and then squeezes out the water. One is to remove the raw taste of radish, and the other is to control the amount of water in the filling.

5.2 Prepare the ingredients: 1 piece of pork hind leg, half a white radish, 1 piece of ginger, 1 handful of green onions

6. Dice the cooked radish. After all the cuts are done, wrap them in gauze and squeeze out some water, but don't squeeze them too dry.

7. Chop the pork. Chop the green onion and ginger. - Don't chop the meat too finely. I usually chop it into smaller cubes so it tastes better.

8. Mix the diced white radish, minced meat, chopped green onion and ginger, add salt and mix well.

9. According to your taste, you can add a little soy sauce, 1 spoon of chili sauce, 1 spoon of sesame oil and mix well.

10. Take out the fermented dough, knead it a few times to release the air, and then divide it into equal portions.

11. Take a portion of dough, roll it flat and thin, then wrap the fillings in it.

12. Shape into buns. Corn husk pad

13. Place the buns in the steamer. Place the steamer in a steamer filled with warm water, cover the pot, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

14. After 15 minutes, turn on the heat to steam the buns. After the steam comes out, continue steaming for about 15 minutes. ——The time depends on the size of the buns

After reading my introduction, I believe you have a certain grasp of the method of making spicy radish and meat buns. So, start practicing yourself quickly, theory needs to be verified by practice.
