3. Roll the small dough in the middle thinly with a rolling pin, roll it up, roll it into a tongue shape again, roll it up again, put it into the toast box, and arrange it.

4. Put the shaped dough into the oven and add a pot of hot water for secondary fermentation. The time is about 40 minutes. When the dough is 80% full of the toast box, you can take it out and preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

5. Place the toast box in the lower middle layer of the oven and bake for about 30 minutes (depending on the temperament of your oven). After the bread is baked, take out the toast box, remove the lid, turn it upside down and take out the toast bread, put it on the grill to cool, and then you can slice it and eat it.
