How to make steamed bonito with scallion tofu

1. Bonito flakes, tofu, green onions, and ginger.

2. Clean the fish, stir-fry it, apply salt, cooking wine, ginger, garlic and thirteen spices and marinate for two hours. Slice the tofu and sprinkle with salt to taste.

3. Pour the marinated fish sauce on the middle of the plate. Then add tofu slices around the edges.

4. Add fresh ginger and green onions again.

5. Put it in the pot and steam for twenty minutes.

6. Cut some chili into cubes and put into hot oil pan and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Turn off the heat and add the green onions.

8. Add light soy sauce, season and stir-fry evenly.

9. Stir-fry the sauce.

10. Pour the fried sauce over the steamed fish.

11. It’s on the table.
