How to make cucumber, egg and shrimp dumplings

Cucumber, egg and shrimp dumplings is a dish that many people like. You don’t need to prepare too many ingredients when making this dish. Simple ingredients can create an extraordinary delicacy. 1. Put the flour into a bowl, add water little by little, stir it into flocs, knead it into dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for a while.

2. Pour oil into the pan, turn off the heat when the oil is hot, then beat the eggs into the pan, turn on the heat and fry the eggs. While frying, use chopsticks to stir the eggs constantly into egg crumbs.

3. Remove the shrimp heads, pick out the shrimp meat, take out the shrimp thread and clean them.

4. Cut the shrimp into small pieces, mince the ginger and put them in a clean small bowl, pour in cooking wine, add a little salt, stir evenly and marinate for a while to remove the fishy smell (about 10 minutes).

5. Wash the cucumber and grate it vertically. Add a little salt and stir evenly. Marinate for a while to drain the water from the cucumber (about 5-6 minutes).

6. Squeeze the cucumber in Figure 5 dry and put it back into the original container that held the cucumbers.

7. Pour the ingredients in Figure 2 and Figure 4 into Figure 6. Take out the shrimps in Figure 4 and put them into Figure 6. Do not pour in the cooking wine used to marinate the shrimps.

8. Add appropriate amount of salt and five-spice powder in Figure 7, add a little Weidam soy sauce and mix well.

9. Knead the dough again on the panel, roll it into long strips, cut it into dough pieces, and use a rolling pin to roll the dough pieces into evenly thick dough sheets.

10. Take a piece of dough in your hand and put the filling in the middle of the dough.

11. First fold the dough in half and pinch it in the middle, then use the base of both hands to pinch the edges of the dough, and the dumplings will be wrapped.

12. Wrap all the dumplings one by one, making sure there is just the right amount of stuffing and dough, with no leftover.

13. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Put the dumplings into the boiling water and remove them when they are cooked.

14. Let’s try the cooked dumplings.
