How to make soup jelly

1. Use a 200ml measuring cup to measure 1 cup of pea starch and pour it into a large bowl.

3. Measure 800ml of water and pour it into the soup pot, add Swinburne chicken broth, and stir thoroughly with chopsticks.

4. Pour the dissolved pea starch water into the soup pot and stir evenly.

5. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly in the same direction with chopsticks to prevent sticking to the pan.

6. As the heat continues, the paste in the pot slowly becomes transparent and small bubbles begin to appear.

7. Continue heating and large bubbles begin to appear in the pot.

8. Cook until the pea starch paste in the pot becomes thick, turn off the heat, and pour it into a clean fresh-keeping box.

9. After it has cooled completely, turn it upside down and take out the dried jelly.

10. Use a grater to grate into thin strips or cut into strips directly with a knife and put into a bowl.

11. Mix appropriate amount of chopped pepper, a little salt, balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, sesame oil and a little MSG into juice and stir well.

12. Chop the chives and coriander and place them on top of the jelly. Pour the mixed sauce over it and it is ready to eat.
