2. Heat an empty pan, add the shredded radish and stir-fry over medium-low heat for 1 minute to release the green flavor of the radish.

3. Take out the radish, heat the pan again, add oil and heat over low heat until 50% hot, add shredded ginger and scallion and stir-fry until fragrant
