1. Remove the old stems of basil and keep the tender leaves, wash and drain;

2. Peel the garlic and chop it into fine pieces;

3. Remove the remaining bones from the chicken breast and cut into 2cm square pieces.

4. Add minced garlic, soy sauce, rice wine, salt, sugar, half of white pepper, cinnamon, five-spice powder and sesame oil, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes;

5. Coat the marinated chicken with sweet potato starch;

6. Heat the oil pan until it is 50% to 60% hot, put the fish in and fry until golden brown;

7. Remove and drain oil;

8. Add the basil and fry for about 10 seconds, remove and drain the oil;

9. Put the chicken and basil into a bowl, sprinkle with the other half of the white pepper, black pepper and chili powder and mix well;

10. Enter the plate!
