How to make fried stinky tofu

1. There is black dirt on the newly bought stinky tofu, which must be caused by fermentation and needs to be washed off. Since it is a low-power rice cooker, cut it into pieces so it is easy to cook. 2. Heat the pan with oil. Don’t use too much oil as tofu does not absorb oil.

3. Put the tofu in, press the cooking button, wait for it to pop up, continue pressing, repeat three or four times, then turn it over.

4. This is the finished product after turning it over and over and pressing the cooking button for more than ten times. It is not particularly crispy, but very tender. If you fry it in a frying pan at home, it will be ready in less than ten minutes.

5. Then sprinkle with salt, five-spice powder, sweet noodle sauce, and chili garlic sauce. A medium bag of garlic chili sauce seems to be only a little over two dollars, and it tastes really good. This stinky tofu can be without anything except the hot sauce. If you have chili oil, you can add that too.
