1. First, wash the eggs with warm water, soak them for a few minutes, and drain the water. Remember not to use raw water. Soak the eggs in white wine for about 3-5 minutes, then soak them in concentrated salt water.

2. Swirl the eggs soaked in white wine in salt to coat them with a layer. Coarse salt is best. I use fine iodized salt, and then wrap it in a very thin plastic bag or plastic wrap.

3. After wrapping, put a label on it and write the date. After that it’s a long wait, and the oil will slowly start to come out after about 10 days. (I forgot to take a picture, so I can only show the final one)

4. Finished product, mine is from 9-19 to 10-10
