How is ice cream made?

There are many ways to make ice cream, and families can make it themselves. In fact, the method is quite simple. As long as you have an egg beater and a refrigerator at home, you can make delicious ice cream. Its ingredients are relatively rich. You need to prepare fresh milk, white sugar, cream and egg yolks. If you want to make fruit ice cream, you can prepare some fruits that are colorful and taste good.

1. Milk ice cream

Raw material formula: 500 grams of fresh milk, 12.5 grams of cream, 150 grams of white sugar, 100 grams of egg yolk, a trace amount of edible vanilla extract. Preparation method: Add the weighed white sugar to the egg yolk and mix and beat. Then slowly pour the boiled fresh milk into the mixture of sugar and egg yolk, stir well and evenly, move to another container and slowly heat over low heat to keep the temperature at 70-75°C, stir constantly, then stop heating. When the temperature gradually drops until it has a certain consistency, filter it with a fine mesh sieve (or clean gauze), add butter and edible herbal essence after the filtrate has cooled, and put it into another clean container for freezing (its volume is increased by 30-50% than the original). The frozen milk ice cream can be eaten immediately. You can also add more steps and auxiliary materials to make three-color and nut ice cream.

2. Three-color ice cream

Raw materials: 15g cocoa powder, 5g white sugar, 30g strawberry jam, 750g milk ice cream, trace amount of edible coloring. Preparation method: 1. Add 50% water by weight of the sugar to the weighed white sugar, heat to dissolve the sugar, then filter, add cocoa powder, and stir and mix well. This is how the cocoa syrup is made. Pour the cocoa syrup prepared as above into 250 grams of milk ice cream and set aside. 2. Weigh out another 250 grams of milk ice cream, add strawberry jam and pigment and mix evenly for later use. At the same time, add a little vanilla essence to the remaining 250 grams of milk ice cream and mix it thoroughly for the next step. 3. Put the three kinds of ice cream liquids with different colors and flavors into the prepared clean containers in turn, and put them into the refrigerator for freezing. After freezing, they will become three-color ice cream with beautiful appearance.

3. Nut Ice Cream

Ingredients: 75g nut butter, 1kg milk ice cream. Preparation method: 1. Add a small amount of hot milk to the weighed nut butter and mix it into a thin paste for later use. 2. Follow the method of making milk ice cream. Before adding hot milk to the egg yolks, add the nut milk paste and stir well. Set aside. 3. Put the evenly mixed paste into a container and put it into the refrigerator for freezing. The finished product is nut ice cream.

4. Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients: 500g bananas (ripe and not moldy), half a lemon, 300g white sugar, 300g butter. Preparation method: 1. Rinse the lemons and squeeze out the lemon juice for later use. 2. Put the pre-weighed white sugar into about 500 grams of water, heat it to fully dissolve it, and then filter it. 3. Wash and peel the prepared bananas, mash them into a paste, add the filtered sugar water, stir thoroughly, then add fresh lemon juice and stir well. 4. After the semi-finished product is cooled, add the weighed cream, put it into a container, and put it into the refrigerator for freezing. The finished product is banana ice cream.
