Pot stickers are a traditional snack. They are a kind of pan-fried dumplings. Pot stickers have a crispy texture and are very popular. Generally speaking, pot stickers are in the shape of dumplings and are relatively simple to make. The fillings of pot stickers include both meat and vegetarian, and they taste rich and excellent. 1. When the pot stickers change color, add chopped green onions and cook over high heat until the bottom of the pot stickers turns golden yellow. Sprinkle some black sesame seeds and pour chili oil on it. 3. Chop the pork chop into puree, add chopped water-soaked mushrooms, pickled mustard tubers, onions, ginger, garlic, beat in 1 egg, add cornstarch, dark soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce, chicken essence, and pepper powder and mix well to make dumpling filling. Take an appropriate amount of meat filling and wrap it in the dumpling skin to make the raw dumpling dough. Pour oil into the electric baking pan, arrange the dumplings neatly, pour in an appropriate amount of water, enough to cover half of the dumplings but not overflowing from the electric baking pan, cover the lid, select the "Fried Pot Stickers" program, and after 8 minutes, the dumplings will be fried. Open the lid and sprinkle a small amount of black sesame seeds on it before serving. |
