How to cook pork trotter in tomato sauce

1. Wash the chopped pig's feet and soak the soybeans in water in advance.

2.1 Boil the pig's feet and rinse them with warm water

3.2 Cut carrots and tomatoes into pieces, peel and slice ginger

4.1 Pour in the tomatoes and stir fry until the tomatoes become soft

5.2 Heat the oil in an iron pan, add the ginger slices and sauté until fragrant

9. Soak the soybeans in water, cover with a lid, bring to a boil, then turn down the heat and simmer for 40 minutes. Or cook the pig's feet to your preferred softness. I cooked mine until the chopsticks could easily poke it.

10. Add carrots, a small spoonful of salt, and a large spoonful of sugar, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

11. Finally, add the green beans and turn off the heat after five minutes.
