How to make Tremella and Red Dates Porridge more delicious?

Tremella and red dates porridge is a common drink. When making it, what you generally need to prepare is soaked white fungus and some red dates. It is best to cut the inside and clean it, and blanch the outside with hot water to remove the bitterness of the skin.

Guangquan Barley Brown Rice Milk 500ml Cooked Rice 100g Red Dates (Deseeded) 40g White Fungus 20g Granulated Sugar 30g Water 1000ml

Prepare all the ingredients~ Soak the dried white fungus for about 2 to 3 hours, changing the water several times in between. Wash the red dates and soaked white fungus and set aside. (Cooked rice can enhance the taste, but it is optional)
