7. Fry when the oil temperature reaches 60%. Fry until 80% cooked, then fry again until the skin is golden and crispy.

8. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the shredded ginger until fragrant, add the tomato sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, add 3 spoons of vinegar and 3 spoons of sugar to make a sweet and sour sauce, and add appropriate amount of salt
