How to make three fresh chicken tofu

9. After it is done, add cold water into the pot and steam it for about 5 minutes after the water boils until cooked.

10. Take out the steamed chicken and place it on a plate.

11. Pour the soup in the plate back into the pot, add appropriate amount of chicken soup (because there is not much soup, so add it. If there is no soup, add stock or water instead), add a few grains of salt, bring to a boil, and thicken with water starch.

12. Pour evenly on the plate.
