How to make braised fish with tomatoes

Method 1:

1 small yellow croaker 1 tomato 1 can of beer 1/2 onion ginger, garlic and onion

1. Cut the surface of the small yellow croaker into pieces and marinate with salt.

2. After half an hour, soak the fish in beer to remove the fishy smell and soak for 15 minutes. Chop the tomatoes for blending, leaving a few for dicing. Prepare onion, garlic and ginger.

3. Add cornstarch and egg white to wrap the fish body.

4. Fry first, 3 minutes on both sides, then take out. Add onion, garlic, tomato juice, etc. to the pot. When the juice boils, add the fish and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Method 2:

1. Use a knife to remove the scales, internal organs and gills of the tilapia, then wash it with clean water and dry it. Make two or three cuts on the surface of the fish, on both sides, evenly apply salt and minced ginger and marinate for about half an hour.

2. Remove the skin of the tomatoes, wash them with clean water, cut them into small cubes with a knife and set aside.

3. Wash the onion, ginger, garlic and chili with clean water and drain. Use a knife to cut the onion white into sections, cut the ginger and garlic into slices, cut the chili into sections, and cut the onion greens into chopped greens and set aside.

4. Pour cooking oil into a wok, heat over medium heat, then put in the marinated fish and fry. When the bottom of the fish turns brown, use a spatula to turn it over and continue frying until both sides turn brown.

5. After the fish is fried, take it out, leave some oil in the pan, add the processed peppers, onions, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until the aroma comes out, add the tomatoes and turn to low heat and stir-fry slowly until the tomatoes become soft and juicy.

6. Pour salt, soy sauce and a little sugar into the pot and stir-fry evenly. Then add the freshly fried fish and cooking wine and simmer for about a few minutes (if you don’t have much tomato juice, you can add some water appropriately).

7. Then put the ingredients in the pot into a plate, leave some tomato juice, add small red pepper, starch and MSG for seasoning, sprinkle it on the plate and serve.

Tips

1. When frying fish, you need to shake the fish body from time to time to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

2. If some friends don’t like spicy food, you don’t have to add it, as long as it increases appetite.
