How to Make Tomato and Sausage Pasta

Tomato and sausage pasta can be said to be a filling and delicious food, especially tomatoes, which can often be eaten in daily life. Method 1:

Appropriate amount of pasta, 400 grams of crushed tomato sauce, 4 fresh pork sausages, half an onion, 60ml of light cream, 1 teaspoon of rosemary, a clove of garlic, a little chili powder, a little cheese powder, 2+1 tablespoons of olive oil, and 1 teaspoon of salt.

1. Prepare all ingredients, slice garlic and onion for later use;

2. Use a fork to press the sausages and crush them one by one;

3. Crush the remaining sausages as shown in the picture;

4. Chop it with a knife like minced meat;

5. Heat the pan with cold oil, pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the pan, add the garlic slices and onions and stir-fry for a few times;

6. Add chopped sausage and dried rosemary, stir-fry until the sausage turns dark and produces oil;

7. Add appropriate amount of chili powder, fine powder is better;

8. Pour in a can of crushed tomato sauce;

9. If the sauce is thick, add some water and cook for about 10-15 minutes;

10. When the soup thickens, add appropriate amount of light cream and cook for another 2-3 minutes;

11. Add Italian mixed dried spices before serving. If you don’t have any, you can add a little crushed black pepper.

12. Cook the pasta according to the time indicated on the bag. After it is cooked, drizzle it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add the sauce, and garnish with some cheese powder before serving.

Method 2:

1. Prepare all materials and wash them for later use

2. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. After the water boils, add one serving of spaghetti and one teaspoon of salt. Continue to cook over medium heat until the noodles are soft and cooked. Then remove the noodles and set aside.

3. Dice the tomatoes, sausages and onions and set aside

4. Add a little cooking oil to the pot, and when the oil is heated, pour in the chopped tomatoes, sausages and onions (stir-fry)

5. When the ingredients are fried until golden brown, pour in an appropriate amount of water and continue frying. Add a little salt and sugar until the tomatoes become soft and sandy.

6. Finally, you can serve it. First, spread the pasta on the plate, then spread the fried ingredients on the pasta, and add some coriander for decoration.
