1First prepare the ingredients and cut the onion and tomato into small pieces

2Put a little oil in the pan, fry onions and tomatoes

3 Add water and a little bean paste, then add potato flour until the potato flour is cooked.

4After cooking, put it on a plate and add some green onions

5 Wash the pot again, fry two eggs, and put them in the potato flour.

Method 2:

1. Prepare tomatoes, eggs and potato flour

2. Heat the oil in a hot pan and pour in the beaten eggs and fry

3. After frying the eggs, add the tomatoes and stir-fry, then add appropriate amount of water to boil

4. Add potato flour and a little salt to the cooked soup

5. Cook for five or six minutes. When the potato starch is soft and cooked, add a little soy sauce and chicken powder and stir.

6. Serve with some green onions

2. Soak the dried potato flour in cold water half an hour in advance to soften it, then put it into boiling water and cook until it is transparent. Remove it from the water and cool it in cold water for later use.

3. Cut the green onion into sections and the ginger and garlic into diced pieces.

4. Heat the oil in the pan and stir-fry the scallion and ginger. Add the tomatoes and Wangada casserole potato flour seasoning and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Add appropriate amount of water to the tomato juice, pour into a casserole and bring to a boil, then add mushrooms, small sausages and quail eggs.

6. After boiling, add potato flour, kelp shreds, and baby cabbage and cook until done. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander.
