13. Mix cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar, white pepper and chicken essence to make a seasoning sauce.

15. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir well.

16. Add the fried winter bamboo shoots, straw mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms and black fungus, stir-fry quickly and evenly, cover the pot and simmer for one minute before serving.
