How to stir-fry clams with spicy ginger and scallions

1.1 Slice the ginger and garlic, cut the green onion into small pieces about one inch long, and chop the chili peppers for later use.

6. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion and stir-fry, thicken with the prepared cornstarch water, stir-fry a few more times and serve.
