How to make braised Dalian abalone udon noodles

1.1. Use a pressure cooker to boil the chicken feet, pork bones and pig skin in cold water, then pour out the boiled water and add 4 slices of ginger. Press over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for one hour. Drain the soup! 2. After buying fresh abalone, sprinkle some salt on it and rinse the skin clean; bring to a boil, add cooking wine and 2 slices of ginger, blanch for 2 minutes, then take out and rinse with cold water.

2.2. Cut the ham into small pieces; soak the scallops in warm water for 15 minutes and then press into strips.

3.3. Boil the broccoli and abalone mushrooms in boiling water for 3 minutes and set aside.

4.4. Bring water to a boil, add udon noodles, sesame oil and chili powder and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside.

5.5. Pour the soup into a casserole to cover the abalone, add scallop shreds and ham cubes and bake on low heat for 30 minutes.

6.6. When the casserole soup is half cooked, add abalone mushrooms, oyster sauce, abalone juice, light soy sauce and chicken essence and simmer for another 15 minutes. Add wet starch and serve!
