9. Add ginger, garlic, etc. into a hot oil pan and stir-fry until fragrant.

10. Put the fried tofu into the pan, fry it slightly, add soy sauce and salt, then add water to the height of about two-thirds of the fried tofu. Cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add a small amount of MSG before serving.

11. Serve.
