How to make French bread

Arranging your daily diet is actually a very important part of life, which we should not ignore. It is okay to eat out occasionally, but it is best not to do it too frequently. 1. Mix the ingredients and knead into a dough

3. The middle dough is sticky and difficult to tear, so just put some salad oil on your hands, start the dough mixer and knead for 10 minutes

4. Then add the softened butter and continue kneading for 10 minutes

5. Knead until the dough forms a film. If the dough is sticky or your hands are still sticky, dip your hands in some salad oil to test whether the film has formed.

6. Put the kneaded dough in a pot of warm water for fermentation

7. When the dough has doubled in size, dip your finger in flour and insert it. If the finger does not shrink or rebound when you take it out, it is fermented.

8. After the dough is exhausted, divide it into 6 equal portions and let it rest for 10 minutes. Cover it with a wet towel or plastic bag.

9. Roll the dough into the shape shown in the picture. Apply some salad oil on the rolling pin.

10. Wrap the hot dog in the pan and roll evenly.

11. Use a sharp knife to cut 9 times. Cut the intestines and make sure the surface is somewhat connected. I counted wrong and only cut 8 times, which caused problems later.

12. Shape the cut edges one by one, as shown in the figure.

14. Roll the two doughs into thin slices, as shown in the picture. These two are ready to make simple pizza.

15. Roll the last two doughs into long strips and wrap the bacon in them.

16. Wrap the bread in a long strip. Put the shaped bread into the oven, put a plate at the bottom and pour hot water into it. Close the door for secondary fermentation. When the bread ferments to 1.5 times, take out the decoration and prepare to bake.
