How to make cheese and vegetable fried rice

1. Wash the red and yellow bell peppers separately, remove the stems and seeds, and cut into small cubes. Wash the onion and cut into small dices.

2.1 Wash the cherry tomatoes, remove the stems and set aside.

3.2 Chop the ham into small cubes and set aside. Peel the cooked quail eggs and cut into small dices.

13.Arrange the cut cherry tomatoes into a heart shape, and then make the remaining 5 cherry tomatoes into heart shapes one by one.

14. Wrap the fried rice tightly with plastic wrap.

15. Place in a heart-shaped mold and flatten.

16. Remove the plastic wrap and place the heart-shaped fried rice on a plate.

17. Place the heart-shaped tomatoes flat on the heart-shaped rice and serve. Garnish with a little coriander in the center.
