How to make Typhoon Shelter Chicken Wings

1. Wash and drain the chicken wings, and cut two cuts on each side with a knife.

2.1 Prepare minced garlic, minced red pepper and green onion for later use.

3.2 Mix appropriate amount of salt, black pepper, chicken essence and crushed ginger, onion and garlic and marinate for 10 minutes.

4.1 Heat a proper amount of oil in a pan, add breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown, then turn off the heat and place on absorbent paper to absorb excess oil.

5.2 Remove the ginger, onion and garlic from the marinated chicken wings and coat them with a thin layer of cornstarch.

6. Add oil to the pan again and heat it to 50% to 60% hot. Add the chicken wings and fry over low heat until crispy. Remove from the pan and place on oil-absorbing paper to absorb excess oil.

7. Leave a little oil in the pan, add the minced garlic and stir-fry over low heat until it turns yellow, then add the chopped red pepper and onion segments and stir-fry together.

8. Turn to high heat, pour in the fried breadcrumbs, add appropriate amount of salt, pour in the fried chicken wings and stir-fry evenly.

9. Serve on a plate
