How to make coconut pumpkin bacon rolls

1.1 Steam the pumpkin over high heat until cooked. Place it on a plate and cover it with heat-resistant plastic wrap. This is to reduce water vapor. Too much water will affect the taste of the pumpkin.

2.2 Three slices of bacon and one piece of pumpkin. Peel and pulp the pumpkin, then cut into slices.

5.Put the rolled bacon into a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. When taking it out, use kitchen paper to slightly absorb the oil on the surface. If you like your bacon to be more charred, you can extend the baking time.
