10. After cooling, process it into millet flour. I like some particles, so it is not processed very finely.

11. Pour the millet powder into the marinated meat slices and coat the meat slices evenly with millet powder.

12. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into slices and place them in a large bowl

4. Put the meat in the steamer. When making rice, just put them together in the rice cooker and steam them.

Cooking Tips

Add seasonings to marinate the meat slices according to personal taste.

When the temperature is high, the marinated meat slices should be placed in the refrigerator.
