How to make delicious and crispy guada

1. Peel and clean the pumpkin, cut into pieces, and heat in the microwave for 5 minutes.

2. Mash the steamed pumpkin into paste. Add yeast and pumpkin puree to flour.

3. Knead the dough with sugar for 20 minutes.

4. Prepare the leek and pork filling. Of course, you can also change the meat or egg filling according to your taste.

5. Roll the sugared pumpkin dough into a pancake about 35cm long and 25cm wide.

6. Spread the meat filling evenly on 2/3 of the pancake.

7. Roll up from the end with filling.

10.Press it slightly to make it thinner into a rectangle. This is the cake base.

11. Pour a little oil into the pan and put the dough in when it is 50% hot.

12. Fry over low heat and turn over when the bottom is colored.

13. After the other side is colored, turn it over again.

14. Keep frying on low heat and turn it over once when the bottom turns golden brown. It is cooked when both sides are golden brown.

15. Place on a plate. Can be cut into pieces for consumption.
