How to marinate BBQ pork skewers

Materials

Main ingredients: 400 grams of pork belly

Accessories: 15g cumin powder, 10ml oyster sauce, 10g sugar, 15ml soy sauce, 15g scallion and ginger, 3g salt

How to make grilled pork skewers

1. Wash the pork ribs

2. Cut into large pieces and put in a bowl

3. Add appropriate amount of premium soy sauce

4. Add appropriate amount of salt

6. Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce

7. Add onion and ginger slices

8. Sprinkle the ground cumin powder and mix well. Marinate for at least two hours.

Cooking Tips

I put tin foil on the bottom of the oven, otherwise the broth would get all over the oven.
