7. Use a fork to poke small holes in the relaxed dough, put a piece of baking paper on it, and then pour in the beans to prevent the crust from expanding during baking. The specific method is to take a piece of baking paper (it doesn't have to be very good, the kind that costs a few cents will do), cut out a circle that is slightly larger than the tart mold (it doesn't need to be very round), cut an opening around the edge (so that the paper can fit tightly to the tart crust), place the baking paper on the tart crust, and then pour the beans on the paper. In this way, when it is time to take out the beans, you can lift the paper and easily take out the beans, and the crust will be flat without any small holes left by the beans.

8. Preheat the oven to 180°C, middle layer, upper and lower heat, for 15 minutes, then take out the beans and bake for another 10 minutes.

9. Fill the tart crust with butter almond filling, sprinkle almond slices on the surface, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, on the middle layer, with upper and lower heat, for about 25 minutes.

10. Preparation of cream almond filling: 1. Soften the butter at room temperature and sift the almond powder for later use.

11.⒉After the room temperature softened butter is beaten until soft, add fine sugar and beat until the color turns white and the volume expands.
