Cambodian Black Pepper Chicken Rice

I guess I have to at least do it myself. Now, let me introduce to you how to cook Cambodian black pepper chicken rice.

1.12 All Materials. Debone the chicken thighs, wash them, dry them with paper towels, and cut them into chunks the size of mahjong tiles. All tablespoons and teaspoons mentioned in this recipe are baking spoons.

4. Add marinade ingredients B in portions, season with your hands, and marinate for another 30 minutes. (Office workers can perform this operation before going to work the next day). After 30 minutes, add 2 tablespoons of salad oil, arrange evenly, and marinate for another 10 minutes. (Office workers can add salad oil before frying)

5. When marinating the chicken, first stir-fry the onion shreds with a little salad oil and add a little salt. Be careful not to fry it until soft, and the taste can be slightly lighter. After frying, serve and set aside.

6. Add 1/3 less salad oil than usual, add the chicken in the hot pan and stir-fry quickly until the chicken turns slightly white (because of the marinade, it will not turn completely white. If it is very white, add some dark soy sauce or pork rib sauce to make the final color more beautiful.)

7. Add hot water to the fried chicken, the amount of water should be 2/3 of the meat, and skim off the foam after boiling. If the amount of water is not enough, you can add a little at this time, and then add the mushrooms. Add salt and sugar according to your taste. After boiling over high heat, turn to low heat for 10 minutes.

8. Turn to high heat until the soup thickens. When eating, first spread the lettuce leaves on the plate, then put a layer of fried onion shreds, and finally pour in the chicken pieces and mushrooms, drizzle with black pepper sauce, and eat with rice. It's super delicious! One bowl of rice is definitely not enough, so people who are trying to lose weight should be careful.
