How to cook soybean and winter melon stewed pig's feet

1.1 Slice the winter melon. I used to throw away the winter melon rind after eating it, but later I saw that my seniors always added the rind to soup, and then I realized that the rind can be eaten and it can help lose weight! I cut mine thicker because I like it.

2.2 Soak the soybeans in advance for about two hours, and the skin should be wrinkled.

3. Blanch the pig’s feet to remove the blood foam. The pig's feet were already chopped when I bought them. I was afraid that they would have hair on them, so I touched them all over with my fingers when I bought them, haha.

4. Cut the green onion into sections, cut the ginger into pieces and flatten them.

5. Add pig's feet, soybeans, scallion segments and ginger pieces into clean water and start boiling! Let it cook for about an hour.

6. After the pig's feet and soybeans are cooked, they will turn a little off-white. Add the winter melon and cook until cooked. Turn off the heat and add salt and chicken essence for seasoning.
