1. Prepare flour, black sesame and yeast powder

2. Dissolve the yeast powder in warm water.

6. Show the inside of the dough after it has risen

7. Knead the dough on the panel to release the air.

8. Use a knife to cut the kneaded dough into pieces of the same size and make them into steamed bun shapes.

9. Let the steamed buns rise for another 20 minutes.

10. Steam the buns in a pot for half an hour and they will be cooked. Turn off the heat for two minutes before opening the lid and taking out the steamed buns. This is steamed bun.
