3. Stir fry for a few times, then add the beans, continue to stir fry, and then let it dry on low heat.

4. While the beans are being stir-fried, cut 3 potatoes into pieces and rinse them twice with water.

5. Stir-fry the beans until they turn green and wrinkled, then add the rinsed potatoes, stir-fry for a few times, cover and simmer for a while.

6. Then open the lid and put the onion, garlic, Thai pepper into the pot, add 2 spoons of salt (about the same as the spoon in the seasoning box), stir fry evenly, cover the pot and simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes (no need to add water, no doubt, it is definitely cooked)

7. Open the lid every 3 minutes and use the steam dripping from the lid to stir fry the pot to prevent the pot from getting sticky and to make sure the ingredients are heated evenly.

8. 5 minutes before serving, when you feel the potatoes are almost done, add some soy sauce, stir fry and cover the pot.

9. Add some dark soy sauce to color it before serving and stir-fry evenly.

10. Don't add water during the whole process. Don't doubt it, it will be cooked and the potatoes will be especially soft. The steam dripping from the lid every time you open it can prevent the pot from getting sticky. Remember to open the lid and drip water every 3 minutes to stir-fry so that the ingredients are evenly heated. Hehe
