6. After the water boils, add tofu, shallots and a little salt. (The key to making delicious tofu is to put it in earlier. Let the tofu cook for a longer time so that the beany smell can be removed. Also, you need to add salt. Without salt, the tofu will be too bland and the taste will be hard to eat. Scallions can also be added after the tofu is put in and boiled.)

7. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 30 minutes over low heat. Add appropriate amount of salt, MSG and pepper.
