How to make black sesame toast

1. First, put the cold egg liquid, yeast powder and white sugar in the bread machine and stir for 10 seconds.

2. Don’t pour all the high-gluten flour and ice water in at once. Reserve 5-10 grams and decide whether to add more depending on how dry the dough is.

4. Add salted butter and stir for another 10 minutes at the European bread setting. When the time is up, press the stop button, then press the dough setting (level 6) again and stir for 15 minutes.

7. Place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and ferment until it doubles in size

8. Take out the risen dough and knead it for 5 minutes to release the air. Weigh it and divide it into three pieces and roll them into balls. Let it rest for another 15 minutes.

9. Roll it into a tongue shape and then roll it up

10. Put it in the toast box, put the middle piece first, then the two pieces on the sides.

11. Put a bowl of boiling water in the oven, adjust it to the fermentation level, and apply egg liquid when it is 1.5 times larger. Then put it back into the oven and let it rise until it is twice as large. After preheating the oven to 180° for 5 minutes, place the toast mold on the lower middle layer and bake at 180 degrees without covering for 30 minutes. After 10-15 minutes, the bread will be colored. At this time, cover the toast.

12. When the time is up, remove the mold immediately
