How to make spicy dry pot potatoes

1. First cut the carrots, bamboo shoots and green peppers into dice and set aside. Then peel the potatoes, cut them into dice, soak them in clean water, rinse them and set aside.

2.1 After mixing the potatoes with cornstarch, let them soak for a while. When the dry starch sticks to the potatoes and they become a little damp, you can put them into the pan for frying. This will not dirty the oil and can quickly fry the potato pieces into a golden color.

3.2 Drain the rinsed potato cubes and sprinkle in appropriate amount of cornstarch and mix well.

4.12 After frying, remove from the fryer and set aside.

9.2 Add the pork belly slices and stir-fry until the meat slices are oily and cooked through, then add the scallion and ginger slices and stir-fry for a few more times.

10. Stir-fry the potatoes evenly, then add appropriate amount of Shaoxing wine and stir-fry evenly.

11. Add soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

12. Finally, pour in oyster sauce and stir well.

13. Pour in the fried carrots, bamboo shoots and green pepper pieces and stir-fry evenly.

14. Finally, season with appropriate amount of sugar and MSG.

15. After adjusting the seasoning, stir-fry evenly over high heat and serve.

16. When serving, pour the fried potatoes into a small pot, heat the small pot over medium heat, and serve the dish together with the small pot.
