How to make seaweed carrot green pepper egg mushroom sandwich

The preparation of seaweed, carrot, green pepper, egg and mushroom sandwich is easy, and people who have no talent for cooking can also master it through simple learning.

1. Wash the ingredients. Remove the heads and tails of carrots and green peppers and cut into strips, wash the enoki mushrooms 2-3 times (mushrooms need to be washed more times), cut the bitter melon into small cubes, 1 spoon of kudzu powder, 1 duck egg (the cholesterol in egg yolk is much lower than that in chicken egg yolk, those who want to lower cholesterol and alcohol should read this)

2. Add water to kudzu powder and stir to dissolve

3. Add eggs and mix well

4. 3-4 pitted red dates (high in sugar content)

5. Cut the red dates into small pieces

6. Chop the green onion

7. Add bitter melon, red dates and onions to the "kudzu powder and egg liquid" and stir

8. Add a few drops of pure sesame oil and half a gram of salt and stir

9. Add oil to the pan, pour the mixed liquid into the pan and flip the omelette (oops! Did I flip it badly?)

10. So this is how you take it out of the pot. Keep it as a backup. (The tea oil I brought from home makes the fried eggs smell so good?)

11. In another pan, add the chopped garlic and carrot, stir-fry for 1 minute, then add the enoki mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute, then add the green pepper, stir-fry for a few times, add a small amount of water, cover and cook for 2 minutes, add 1.5g salt, stir a few times, and remove from the pan!

12. Not bad this time, right? Keep it as a backup.

13. Look at our bread and seaweed. The areas are not proportional. Fold the seaweed in half to make the same size as the bread.

14. Spread seaweed on top and wrap

15. Omelette with bitter melon and red dates. I added too much omelette and there was some left. I made enough to make three sandwiches.

16. Add carrots, green peppers and enoki mushrooms, oh my! Add too much

17. Stack another slice of bread on top, it's really thick

19. Add yogurt and you’re done! I'm drooling now, it's too thick and I don't have a big enough mouth, it's really hard to bite~

20. I was so greedy that I put the ingredients for three sandwiches on one. I had no choice but to go home alone today.
